Isn’t it just terrible how the scale dictates our mood for the ENTIRE day? It saddens me that we are all so obsessed with the numbers on that scale. We should be more concerned with how we feel, our health status and how our clothes fit! In my boot camps and other fitness classes, I try to steer my clients away from the scale and steer them toward hitting the weights and EATING.
