****All classes will be instructed LIVE through Zoom. Classes will be recorded for those who have to miss. All participants MUST have their video on for every class for safety and monitoring.
Suggested Equipment: All participants are asked to have an exercise mat, and 1-2 sets of light to medium sets of dumbbells. If you do NOT have equipment, it’s no problem. Your Trainer will give you exercise options involving no equipment or household items.
Policies: Unless there is an emergency situation or a medical issue that arises, classes must be used within the 6-week session and cannot be carried over into future sessions. Any unused classes will be surrendered at the conclusion of the session.
