Greetings! I am so excited to announce, my newest program that blends together, two of my FAVORITE things…. personal training and lifestyle coaching.
Personal Training:
During this 4-week program you will meet with me twice per week for 45-minute personal training sessions, virtually. The workout program will be customized to meet you at your current fitness level. I will help you to establish a doable, realistic, exercise routine that works for you and your schedule, setting you up for SUCCESS.
Lifestyle Coaching:
In addition to the personal training sessions, we will meet once per week for a 20-minute coaching session. Each week you will work with me to set a movement goal along with a secondary goal in any area of your wellness you are ready to explore. Areas may include sleep, stress management, nutrition, and worklife balance.
Results:
By the end of the 4-weeks you will be well on your way to a healthier mindset and new, healthy habits around exercise and wellness that are realistic and sustainable.
