PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment in full is due prior to the start of classes. Make it Fit accepts payment by paypal, check or credit card. A payment plan is available upon request. Please contact makeitfitmelis@gmail.com for more information.  If payment is not received by the first class, all discounted  promotional rates will be void and client may be subject to a $25 late fee.  If you are paying by check, please contact makeitfitmelis@gmail.com for mailing address.

MAKE IT FIT, LLC REFUND POLICY

There are no refunds available after the first meeting of any Make It Fit classes/programs.  If a medical condition or personal issue arises that prevents a client from continuing a class, clients may be given credit toward another Make It Fit, LLC offering based on the individual situation.  All credit will expire after 12 months. A $25 returned check fee will be charged for any returned checks.

EQUIPMENT

Each client is responsible for supplying their own equipment for all camps. An exercise mat and one-two sets of light/medium hand weights are required for each class. In the event that you are unable to supply your own equipment, please talk with your instructor directly to make arrangements to borrow.

MEDICAL CLEARANCE

Please inform your instructor of any medical conditions/limitations prior to the start of classes to determine if you will need medical clearance. If you have provided medical clearance in the past due to a medical condition, you must submit a note once per year in order for you to continue to participate in Make It Fit programs.  Please read the risk factors carefully. Safety comes first:

*If you have diabetes, thyroid condition, asthma/other pulmonary condition, heart murmur,or any other cardiac disease, you must provide your instructor with written medical clearance from your physician on or before the first day of any fitness class/camp or sign off on our waiver that you are aware of the risks.

*If you become pregnant during BCC, please inform your instructor immediately. You may be asked to obtain medical clearance from your physician if you have any limitations regarding your pregnancy with pregnancy limitations clearly stated. Please contact us directly if you have any questions regarding our medical history policy.

Make It Fit, LLC reserves the right to cancel any classes/programs due to low enrollment.
