Clifton Common


Boot Camp Challenge® is a 6-week, results driven fitness program encompassing assessments, nutritional guidance and workouts for every fitness level. Participants are assessed on the first and last days and individual nutritional guidance is provided throughout the duration of the program. A variety of safe, effective workouts are provided each day to help improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength/endurance and flexibility. Men and women of ALL fitness levels are welcome. You do not have to be “in shape” to participate. You will be guided, supported and encouraged every step of the way. We meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings and in addition we offer 2 make up dates on Wednesday mornings during the session for classes that you may have missed. This camp will meet outdoors in the Clifton Common.
