In order to continue to offer Boot Camp Challenge while respecting each other’s health and safety through social distancing, Boot Camp Challenge has decided to go VIRTUAL for this session. You will get the same, authentic, interactive, community-based program, but from the safety of your own home. Boot Camp Challenge® is a 6-week, results driven fitness program encompassing workouts, nutritional guidance, accountability and community for every fitness level. A variety of safe, effective workouts are provided each day to help improve cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength/endurance and flexibility. Men and women of ALL fitness levels are welcome. You do not have to be “in shape” to participate. You will be guided, supported and encouraged every step of the way. We will meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings LIVE. Once you register through this website and submit payment, you will receive directions on how to “join” the class. The class will require downloading two simple apps on your phone, tablet or computer. If you feel overwhelmed by the technology piece, please turn to us to help you get set up. We are all in this together.
Suggested Equipment: All participants are asked to have an exercise mat, and 1-2 sets of light to medium sets of dumbbells. Equipment may be difficult to find right now. The stores are selling out. If you do NOT have equipment, it’s no problem. Your Trainer will give you exercise options involving no equipment.
